What this tool is

The Campaign & Report Automation Hub is an internal analytics tool used only by Enfection's own team. It is not distributed to clients, resold, or made available to the public. Its purpose is to read performance data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn on behalf of Enfection's clients, in order to prepare performance reports and dashboards for the specific client each connected account belongs to.

What data we access

Through the Meta Graph API, the platform reads:

• Aggregate Page and post performance metrics (reach, views, engagement, follower counts)
• Advertising campaign performance metrics (impressions, spend, cost metrics, click-through rates)
• Publicly visible comments on the Page's own posts, used only to identify general sentiment trends (for example, "customers are frequently mentioning long checkout queues") for internal reporting — not to identify, contact, or profile individual people

We do not collect data through any public-facing form, login, or website — all data comes directly from the Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn APIs for accounts we have been granted access to manage or analyze.

How we use this data

Data is used exclusively to produce internal performance reports and dashboards for the client it belongs to. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to performance reporting. We do not sell this data or share it with any third party, or with any other client, outside of the reporting relationship it concerns.

Data retention

Aggregate performance metrics are retained for historical trend reporting. Comment content used for sentiment analysis is retained only as long as needed to produce the relevant report, after which it may be summarized (as a general sentiment trend) with the original comment text removed.

Data access is read-only

This tool never posts content, replies to comments, or modifies any campaign, Page, or account setting on any connected platform. All API access is strictly for reading data.
