The Campaign & Report Automation Hub reads publicly visible comments on our clients' Facebook Pages in order to summarize general sentiment trends for internal reporting. We do not build individual user profiles, and we do not store this data beyond what is needed to produce a given report.

Requesting removal of your data

If you have posted a public comment on a Page this tool has access to, and would like it excluded from our internal reporting and any records we retain, email madushan.jayasri@momentro.com with:

• A link to the comment, or enough detail to identify it (which Page, approximate date, and comment text)
• The account name you commented under

We will locate and remove the corresponding data from our internal records within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

Note

This process only affects data held internally by Enfection for reporting purposes. It does not delete your original comment from Facebook itself — for that, use Facebook's own comment deletion tools directly on the post.
